Shipping Policy

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

 

Physical Products

Once you place your order, our work team will process your order and it will be shipped in less than 24 hours. After your order is shipped, you must wait a period of 1 to 3 business days to receive your products. This applies to physical products shipped to Puerto Rico.

If your order will be sent to the United States, our work team will process your order and it will be shipped in less than 24 hours. After your order is shipped, you must wait a period of 3 to 6 business days to receive your products. This applies to physical products shipped to the United States.

 

Digital Products

Digital products are processed instantly and dispatched in less than 1 hour for residents of Puerto Rico and the United States.

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Puerto Rico.

Return & Exchange Policy

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

 

Provide your order number, as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send you instructions to follow.

 

Only items purchased directly from the Eborico Store will be accepted. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and documentation.

 

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we shipped them to you, and in their original packaging. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right not to refund or exchange your products. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Digital Products such as memberships, games, mobile recharges or any other digital item or by code will not be returned or refunded once the activation codes are sent or mobile device recharges are processed.
